CWP on a separate server

Is it possible to use the site assistant then have the files run from a different web server to the Filemaker database server. I would prefer not to run the CWP website on the same server as the FMSA. When I try I get all kinds of errors when I access the site such as those shown below. I am attempting to run the php putput from the site assistant on a cpanel server with PHP 5. Any ideas?

Other than possible version issues I have no idea.
