Making Line Items in Customer Page
Hello,
I am making a client data base for my company. In this database we need to keep track of Follow up calls and the notes from each call. I am trying to create line item type box in the Customers page. I can create them in Invoices, but am unable to make it in Customers. I have built the Relationship background to allow for the connection between Customers and Line Items but when I build the portal, it does not let me edit or even select the fields, let alone view them. What is the difference between the Customers page and the Invoices page in the Starter Solution "Invoices" that prevents me from being able to do this?
Is this a common problem, has anyone had experience with this??
