Our journey begins on a call with the Apple business team concerning a nationwide specialty egg company with 100 farms, interested in collecting “six to seven fields per day” to replace a paper process. Oh, and by the way, they are an Amish company and the data will be collected on iPads! We explore our partnership with this company—which has evolved over several years. We dive into their digital transformation using a custom app that dramatically improved the company’s bottom line and provided data insights and analysis previously unavailable using real-time integration with Tableau.
